Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at our sole discretion in accordance with applicable law.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the phspin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. phspin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phspin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. phspin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
phspin is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You agree to provide any documentation requested by phspin for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination.
All phspin accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on the sending institution. phspin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your phspin account, you must have completed the KYC verification process as described in Section 3.4. Withdrawals will not be processed from accounts that have not been fully verified.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. phspin reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative method where the original method is unavailable. All withdrawals are made to accounts registered in your own name only.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. phspin reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments.
phspin reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, phspin may request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal.
phspin may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
phspin reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it determines in its sole discretion that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
phspin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, except where required by law or regulatory directive.
Each game available on the phspin Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.
phspin publishes the theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all games in the game information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, phspin reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. phspin shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.
If a player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed logic. phspin is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection caused by the player's internet service provider, device, or local network conditions.

phspin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phspin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
phspin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and fraud screening.
You may close your account at any time by contacting phspin customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any applicable regulatory dispute resolution procedures.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
